My goal is to minimize the fears and empower you and your partner.  I am  a mother of four naturally born children, one hospital, one birthing center and two home births.  As a grandma of seven,  I am up-to-date on the latest in birth, baby, breastfeeding & beyond.

Many expecting couples today are concerned by the skyrocketing cesarean rate as well as other issues surrounding pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting.   My goal is to help you sort out these issues, educate you with evidence based information, and equip you both with tried and true labor coping techniques.
